Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to browse items and place orders. We verify this through an age-gate before granting access to the catalog and require an account for purchases.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: email, display name, shipping address (if shipping), and order history. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Payment details are exchanged off-platform and are not stored on this site.

Shipping

We ship within the regions we are licensed to operate in. Some orders may be available for local pickup instead of shipping. After placing an order, you can review the chosen fulfilment method on the order detail page.

Shipping address is collected at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Payment

Orders are placed online and paid manually off-platform. After checkout you will receive an order reference and the current payment instructions on the order page. We accept bank transfer, cash, or cryptocurrency as noted in the payment instructions.

Your order is marked paid by an administrator once payment is received and confirmed. Until then it remains in the pending state.

Returns & cancellations

Because of the regulated nature of the products we sell, returns are limited. If your order has not yet been paid or shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned.

You can update your display name and password at any time from your account page.
